OrderingThe Fabulous Wine Company will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are in any doubt of this.In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, The Fabulous Wine Company will contact you to arrange replacement in order to complete your order. The Fabulous Wine Company reserves the right to not accept any order. Our minimum purchase is 12 standard bottles (75cl) or their equivalent (9 litres) of wines, fortified and spirits which may be mixed. Vintages may vary from those stated. DeliveryDue to the delicate nature of shipping wines, our current delivery cost starts at £10.95 up to 15kg. With the average weight of 12 x 75cl bottles working out at roughly 15kg, this allows for 12 x 75cl bottles to be shipped from £10.95. Any further dozen wines can be shipped for just an additional £7 thus making it more cost effective to order two dozen wines. Simply put, the more you order, the more cost effective it becomes!Postal areas and base prices: Simply put, the more you order, the more cost effective it becomes! We are also working on lowering the delivery charge and hope to have even more good news soon. We will usually deliver within seven to ten working days from receipt of order, although we cannot guarantee this. If it is likely that your order will take longer to complete we will, of course, inform you. We may use an independent carrier who will require a signature for the goods. The carrier will only attempt to deliver the product twice, after which we regret that you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with them for delivery. The products will be returned to The Fabulous Wine Company if they have not been collected from the carrier within 14 days. If the goods need to be sent again, there will be a further carriage charge. PricesAll our prices stated on our website include VAT at the current rate.We try to ensure that all prices stated on this website are accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. ReturnsIf you should receive a faulty wine, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Your statutory rights will not be affected.We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience. Cancellations and ComplaintsYou may cancel your order at any time up until it is dispatched. Should you decide to cancel, any charges which have been made to you will be refunded as soon as possible.Should you have a complaint, please contact us using the details below. We shall endeavour to resolve your complaint as swiftly as possible. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
